How does band merch not make is across the Canadian border?

There were only ladie's large in the face shirt. Only smalls in the new shirt, also all in small quantities. I saw also that there were only 5 large broadcast t shirts available.

there are a lot of silly tax reasons not to be able to take merch across the border, it's dumb. sometimes the border control overlooks it though, depending on how big the band is and how much merch is actually being taken across
