BTFW: Thee lives in France and somehow he got copies of these. Eventually we will hear this stuff, it just might take some time. Seriously? I messaged that guy and asked him and what-not and didn't get a reply? Did he tell you? I hate to sound like a nag with all of the questions - but how long? It's exciting.

Whoa. Thank you for this. That's four new releases this year (Micro, Weird Era, On Platts, and Unrequited)
Spring 1993 is super cool.

Oh wow! Excellent work Fuchikoma! This sounds really interesting - definately a relic of the early ambient phase of the band, they sound more like Atlas Sound at this point.

New Fast wrote: How did you procure this thing, dog? I found a super cool guy on last.fm who had the album. I asked him if he could send it my way and he obliged. I also asked if it would be cool to share it to other Deerhunter fans, and he said it was ok, so of course I have to share it with you guys. So pretty much all credit goes to him. Bradford gave him the CD-R at a 2005 show when they were doing all ambient stuff (like the live in athens 2005 set) to crowds of 15 or so people. Now, someone go get CYIITWOTN.

someone commented on mah blogz about unrequited narcissist: Quote: by then Deerhunter was nearing their fourth year as a band and had an album out and had played lots of shows, opening up for a lot of NYC bands touring the ATL--
this CD-R is an interesting transition b/w the "s/t" album on Stickfigure & the "Cryptogramz" LP.
this is also one of Bradfords "winter records."
this CD-R was also supposed to be available w/ two other live CD-Rs in the winter of 2005.
the "Unrequited Narcissist" CD-R is still one of my favorite records & it was the best five dollarz i spent that year.
i miss the old dayz. when nobody knew about Deerhunter... i think it may be that less cunning dude.. just a guess.

Wow that is seriously cool, both of you (Fuchikoma) for posting it and the guy for sending it.
