One time I was listening to Red Ink and my mum asked called it "weird whale songs" :/

Keep in mind her reaction when she overheard me listening to Pinkerton she asked "Is you're CD player broke" and she finds Feist depressing.

So the liner notes say Criminals was recorded at NoTown, whereas everything else was recorded at (presumably) Bradford's house.

So I'm going to just take a stab in the dark and say that the Rough Trade EP version is the 'demo' that he then took to NoTown and recorded properly.

Oh and has anyone else noticed the sticker on the LP seems to be really low-res?

I wish someone could tell me the mics Brad uses. I know the Beta 57 but I'd love to know what he uses the Audio Techninca for.

The LP finally arrived! Yeah, the pixelation is a little crummy. But who cares!? Now I get to listen to the Rough Trade EP.

*begins import*

This is what I thought the lyrics to 'The Light That Failed' were...

I like To
Darkest Old
What A Day
You Wait Until It
A Light That Gets
A Light That Failed...

Dead wrong.

I got 'Walkabout' played on Australian radio today. They said my name and everything.
