yeah i am not too proud of it actually. it is pretty pathetic. i wish my room was clean like yrs or i wish i was rich & i lived in an empty loft. only real difference is that where those mountains of VHS tapes used to be now there is one of those industrial shelving units type things that i bought at wal-mart for like $40. so NOW it looks like one big skyscraper of junxxx.

Hell yeah. I love them so much. Yeah, 78+ by Mars and DNA on DNA are among those CDs. That's how cool I am.

I have one photo of my room on this computer - an out of focus screen playing an episode of Twin Peaks. All the others have girlfriend in them, and while she ain't indecent or nothin', don't think I should plaster her photo all over the internet.

hey less_cunning, you werent in SF recently were you? http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.c ... 1ABF49.DTL Im working backwards from this, I used to collect magazines, sneakers and records, now my dream bedroom will have: a bed, a desk, a laptop, a box with paperwork in it and maybe a handful of books Im reading. Less is so much more, I think a possession-based life is very imprisoning or limiting. "You are not what you own" etc.

Yeah, it's 43/2000. I bought it last year and it sat in a tube in my room for about 4 months. During that time my mom took it out and left the tube, then went and got it framed to surprise me for Christmas. I had no idea she even took it out. Probably the best executed gift ever.
The surrounding album art I have been meaning to take down for a while.

to the left is just as panoramic a view as i can get of my room. my room is above the garage, so it's got a funny shape. to the right is my shelf, which holds all of my records, CDs, books, resource materials (that i never use), and some other stuff. to the left here is some late 70s-era stereo equipment that i am currently unable to use. the needle on the turntable is busted; my grandma was too lazy to find out what kind of replacement it needed. so she sent me equipment that'll probably just waste space for a few years until i can replace the needle and get some speakers. to the right is my bed. my southern comfort bed... <3 to the left is my collection of instruments, which is basically.. -a dusty-ass casio that i was never quite fond of. the power cord is too short to reach an outlet, so.. that's why it's a dusty-ass casio. normally, it's just a casio. :/ -an acoustic guitar whose body is far too big for me to play comfortably. it really sucks.. i love playing it, but it just wasn't designed for me. -my squier jagmaster. i saved up for it and i love it. too bad the amp i have makes it sound limp. :c to the right is a look at some records in and out of a bag. i took those to a friend's to listen to while he did stuff; i never put them back. there's also my game consoles, but i never play those. my brother needs to come and get everything but the playstation 2.
